Taylor Nisbet was founded by Amanda in 2016 to support organisations to make sustainable and positive change in their communities.

With a toolkit of business, research and evaluation experience, we understand your goals, how to tell your story well and have fun doing it. We are here to support you to make the difference you want to make.

As an ethical company, our values are at the core of everything we do. From who we work with, to how we treat our colleagues and act outside of the office, these values are the rules we work to.

We work together for better communities and a better world. Through collaborative leadership we build better relationships, create innovative solutions and facilitate success. We get everyone involved in the early stage of projects: It doesn’t matter where the idea comes from so long as it comes.

Working with great people doing great things is what gets us out of bed in the morning. Our clients are brilliant at what they do, and they’re using their skills to make a difference in the world.

We value our team and the work they do. For this reason, we are a committed Accredited Living Wage employer.

Our colleagues give back to the world and their communities, so we are flexible and support them in their volunteering. From the Social Enterprise World Forum through to Junior Chamber International, they get mucked in and do their bit to make the world a better place.

Not everyone perceives the world in the same way. Learning from our clients, like deafscotland and Include Me 2 Club, we strive to make sure our work is accessible to everyone. We use large text with high contrast in various digital formats.

Environmental sustainability is at the heart of how Taylor Nisbet operates. We are a Certified Green Champion, have taken the Resource Efficiency Pledge, and we walk or use public transport where we can. We use cycle couriers for all local deliveries, make sure all power is off in the office in the evening and use printers that meet the Forestry Standards Commission standards.

We work with suppliers who are environmentally and socially friendly wherever possible. Some of these suppliers include Zedify, a bike delivery company in Glasgow, and Bruach Design, a community-focused architecture firm. We are committed to working with local businesses and will find local solutions for business supplies when we are working away from our home base in Glasgow.
